We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Odoo Functional Consultant to join our growing team. You will play a critical role in leading end-to-end Odoo implementations for our diverse portfolio of international clients. Specific Skills
- Deep understanding of Finance and Accounting principles and workflows, with proven experience implementing Odoo in these areas.
- Demonstrated experience in leading international Odoo implementations, navigating cultural nuances and diverse business practices.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to identify and address complex business challenges. Excellent communication, interpersonal, and presentation skills, with the ability to effectively interact with clients at all levels.
- Proven ability to work independently and as part of a team, managing multiple projects simultaneously. Experience with specific Odoo modules (e.g., Sales, Purchase, Accounting, CRM, Inventory, Manufacturing).
Responsible For
- Lead and manage all phases of international Odoo implementations, from requirements gathering and business process analysis to configuration, testing, training, and go-live support.
- Conduct thorough business process analysis workshops with clients to understand their unique needs and challenges, and translate those needs into effective Odoo solutions.
- Design and configure Odoo modules and functionalities to meet client specifications, ensuring seamless integration with existing systems.
- Collaborate closely with the development team to communicate customization requirements and ensure smooth implementation.
- Develop and deliver comprehensive training materials and conduct training sessions for client users.
- Provide ongoing support and troubleshooting assistance to clients post-implementation.
- Contribute to the development of best practices and methodologies for Odoo implementations.
- Mentor and guide junior consultants, fostering a culture of knowledge sharing and team growth.
Additional Requirements
- Minimum of 3 years of hands-on experience in Odoo implementation and configuration across various business domains. Odoo certifications and fluency in multiple languages is a plus.
