Home International Trading Company (HITC) is looking for an experienced Gulf Compliance Specialist with strong knowledge of corporate, banking, regulatory, and compliance requirements across the GCC.

Key Responsibilities

  • Handle and monitor company and banking compliance requirements across GCC countries.
  • Ensure compliance with applicable regulations, documentation, licensing, and regulatory requirements.
  • Coordinate with banks, government authorities, financial institutions, and other regulatory bodies.
  • Review company documentation and identify compliance gaps and requirements.
  • Maintain up-to-date knowledge of regulatory changes and compliance procedures.
  • Support the company in resolving compliance-related issues with banks and government authorities.
  • Prepare and maintain compliance records, reports, and documentation.

Required GCC Knowledge

The candidate must have practical knowledge of corporate and banking compliance in multiple GCC countries, preferably all of the following:

  • SA Saudi Arabia
  • AE United Arab Emirates
  • OM Oman
  • QA Qatar
  • BH Bahrain
  • KW Kuwait

Requirements

  • Minimum 3 years of relevant professional experience in Gulf compliance, corporate compliance, banking compliance, or a related field.
  • Strong understanding of GCC regulatory and banking environments.
  • Ability to independently handle compliance matters and communicate with banks and authorities.
  • Strong documentation and analytical skills.
    Candidate must currently be residing in Saudi Arabia (KSA).
  • Candidate must be available for a physical interview in KSA.

Note

Candidates with experience dealing directly with GCC banks and regulatory authorities will be highly preferred.
