HITC Group is seeking a dedicated and experienced Human Resources Assistant to support daily HR operations and contribute to building a high-performing workforce in Jeddah.

Specific Skills
  • Extensive knowledge of Saudi labor law and HR best practices.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office and HR systems.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work independently and handle a high workload.
Responsible For
  • Manage recruitment processes from start to finish (advertising, screening, and hiring).
  • Maintain employee records and ensure compliance with Saudi labor laws.
  • Proficiency in government platforms (Qiwa, Muqeem, GOSI, Madad).
  • Monitor employee accommodation, company assets (vehicles/equipment), and field workers.
  • Handle payroll coordination, leave management, and attendance tracking.
  • Submit weekly reports with observations to the HR department every Wednesday.
  • Support disciplinary procedures and Saudization (Nitaqat) requirements.
Additional Requirements
  • Must be able to work on-site in Third Industrial City, Jeddah.
  • Customer service oriented with a professional approach
