Overview
HITC Group is seeking a dedicated and experienced Human Resources Assistant to support daily HR operations and contribute to building a high-performing workforce in Jeddah.

Specific Skills
- Extensive knowledge of Saudi labor law and HR best practices.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and HR systems.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work independently and handle a high workload.
Responsible For
- Manage recruitment processes from start to finish (advertising, screening, and hiring).
- Maintain employee records and ensure compliance with Saudi labor laws.
- Proficiency in government platforms (Qiwa, Muqeem, GOSI, Madad).
- Monitor employee accommodation, company assets (vehicles/equipment), and field workers.
- Handle payroll coordination, leave management, and attendance tracking.
- Submit weekly reports with observations to the HR department every Wednesday.
- Support disciplinary procedures and Saudization (Nitaqat) requirements.
Additional Requirements
- Must be able to work on-site in Third Industrial City, Jeddah.
- Customer service oriented with a professional approach
