Overview

We are looking for a dedicated and detail-oriented HR & Document Controller to manage HR documentation, ensure compliance with policies, and support administrative processes in our Jeddah office.

Specific Skills
  • - Strong organizational and documentation skills.
  • - Good knowledge of HR practices and labor laws in Saudi Arabia.
  • - Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
  • - Strong written and verbal communication skills (English, Arabic preferred).
Responsible For
  • - Manage and maintain HR records and employee documentation.
  • - Ensure compliance with company policies and Saudi labor regulations.
  • - Maintain employee files and document control systems.
  • - Support HR operations including recruitment, onboarding, and administrative tasks.
  • - Coordinate with management to ensure timely updates of employee data.
Additional Requirements
  • - Ability to work independently and meet deadlines.
  • - Immediate availability preferred.
