Electrical Engineer
Overview
We are seeking an experienced Electrical Engineer with a specialization in CNC (Computer Numerical Control) panel design and troubleshooting. The ideal candidate will have at least 5 years of experience in the field, with strong expertise in the design, installation, and maintenance of CNC machine control panels. This role requires a hands-on engineer who can ensure smooth functioning and optimal performance of CNC machinery.

Specific Skills
- Bachelor’s degree in Electrical Engineering or a related field.
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in CNC panel design and electrical systems.
- Strong knowledge of CNC machine operations, electrical control systems, and panel design.
- Proficiency in using CAD software for electrical design (e.g., AutoCAD Electrical).
- Familiarity with PLC programming and automation systems.
- Hands-on experience with wiring, circuit design, and troubleshooting electrical panels.
- Knowledge of electrical safety standards and industry regulations.
- Strong problem-solving and analytical skills.
- Excellent communication and teamwork abilities.
Responsible For
- Design and develop electrical control panels for CNC machines, ensuring adherence to industry standards and safety regulations.
- Troubleshoot and resolve electrical issues related to CNC panels and systems.
- Install, configure, and test CNC machine control systems and components.
- Collaborate with the mechanical and software teams to integrate CNC systems.
- Maintain and upgrade existing CNC control panels and electrical systems to improve efficiency and reduce downtime.
- Perform preventative maintenance and provide on-site support for CNC machinery.
- Ensure that all CNC control panels are compliant with electrical codes and safety standards.
- Document technical specifications, wiring diagrams, and reports related to CNC panel designs and modifications.
- Provide training and support to technicians and operators on CNC panel operations and safety protocols.
Additional Requirements
- Availability to work on-site and travel to client locations when necessary.
